With a view to provide investors an idea about the various activities in the Debt market issues, the SEBI has prepared an Investor Charter in consultation with Merchant Bankers (MB). Charter is a brief document disclosing public issue of debt securities; Public issue of non-convertible redeemable preference shares etc. SEBI has also directed all MBs to disclose on their website’s details of the complaints latest by 7th of succeeding month.
