The SEBI has notified the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees’ Service) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022. As per amendment maximum of 3 post can be filed up by deputation/contract under Mode of Recruitment amp; proportion of posts to be filled up through different modes.
