Forming of exclusive panel for appellate arbitration is not required: SEBI

The market regulator, SEBI has decided to amend SEBI Circulars pertaining to Investor Grievance Redressal System and Arbitration Mechanism whereby it has been clarified that forming of exclusive panel for appellate arbitration is not required and members can serve on both the panels.
