Authentication and signing of documents by authorized persons on behalf of company – consequences of contravention

Under the provisions of Companies Act 2013 read with the Companies (Registration offices and Fees) Rules 2014, all the documents on behalf of the company need to be authenticated / signed / executed by an individual person, who is duly authorized by the company.
