Shedding light on several crucial issues pertaining to MSMEs in India

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (MSMED Act) has been enacted as a Central Act with the intent of fostering the growth and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and to ensure timely payment of dues and speedy execution of awards in case of delayed payments to MSMEs and also to ensure healthy working capital flow for such units.
