SEBI reduces lock-in period for promoter contribution from 3 years to 18 months

The SEBI has notified the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2021 wherein regulation 16 for lock-in period of specified securities held by promotor has been amended.
