Central Government, on the recommendation of the Reserve Bank of India hereby notified that the restrictions as to payment of dividends as provided in subsection (1) of section 15 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 shall not be applicable in case the banking companies amortise the additional expenditure on account of revision in a family pension.
