MCA relaxes timeline for passing ‘online self-assessment test’ for appointment of independent directors

MCA has made amendment to the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 whereby an amendment has been made to the regulation 6 which prescribes compliances required by person eligible to become an Independent director.
