Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations (SCMTR), 2018 was made effective from 1st of August, 2019 with transitional provisions till the 30th of September, 2020. On account of COVID-19 Pandemic, transitional provisions have been extended from 1st October, 2020 till 31st March, 2021.
