IFSCA notifies the IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2022; prescribes detailed norms for Fund Management Entities

IFSCA has notified the IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2022. Any entity, intending to undertake the business of fund management has to obtain registration certificate from IFSCA as a Fund Management Entity (FME) before commencing any business in International financial Service Centre. FME can get itself registered in any of 3 categories; Authorised FME, Registered FME (Non-Retail), Registered FME (Retail).
