The Govt. has notified the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Employees’ Service) Regulations, 2020. The regulations shall apply to every whole-time employee appointed by the Authority under sub-section 1 of section 11 of the IFSCA Act, 2019. The regulations covers provisions relating to appointment, probation and termination of services.
