Plaintiff and defendant no.1 had entered into two debenture trust deeds one dated 17th February, 2017 and the other dated 1st September, 2017. As per the two debenture trust deeds, defendant no.1 had issued total of 150 secured non-convertible unlisted redeemable debentures (NCDs) having a face value of Rs.1 crore each for an aggregate amount of Rs.150 crores, issued in favour of defendant no.15.
