Cos. can extend gap between two board meetings upto 180 during quarter Apr to Jun 2021 and Quarter Jul to Sep 2021: MCA

In view of difficulties arising due to resurgence of Covid -19 and requests raised by stakeholers, the MCA has decided to extend the gap between two consecutive board meetings to 180 days during the quarter April to June 2021 and July to September 2021, instead of 120 days as required by the Companies Act, 2013.
