Analysing the 2021 Arbitration And Conciliation (Amendment) Bill: A Hit or a MISS?

Following heated debates in the Parliament, the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Bill, 2021 [“Bill”] was passed on 10th March 2021.
