On August 9, 2021, Supreme Court refused to intervene with the order passed by the Competition Commission of India (“CCI”) to investigate Amazon and Flipkart (“the parties”) for allegedly entering into anti-competitive activities in violation of the Competition Act, 2002 (“the Act”).
